This is the official website for Emotional Freedom Technique. I have been using this technique for over 4 years and it never ceases to amaze me as to it’s effectiveness for so many things. From stopping panic attacks to getting rid of aches and pains that just won’t go away no matter what else I do. I also use it on myself and it really does work!
